SeriousAboutMuscle.com began in November 2005. Doug Schneider was the founder and remains as the publisher to this day. In the last 10 years, Doug has photographed and written about more competitions from more organizations than any other Canadian journalist. He is also a key contributor for Inside Fitness, his work appears regularly in MuscleMag, and he is the creator driving force behind the SAF Competitions for women. Over the years we've had a number of outstanding competitors who have authored our feature columns. They are: Stéphane Bussière, Denis Pedneault, Guy Bourgon, Vince Wawryk and Autumn Raby. Unlike columns that many magazines publish that are actually "ghost written," what you read in SeriousAboutMuscle.com was written by competitor themself. The information they provide is real and valuable. Most of the photos you see were shot by Doug Schneider and the graphic-design elements of the SeriousAboutMuscle.com were done by Karen Fanas.
