Besides competing, Denis teaches exercise prescription and functional anatomy at the University of Sherbrooke in Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada, and also offers his services as a personal trainer. Denis has also developed unique exercises and workout routines that are described here in his "Body Sculpting" column and can be seen in SeriousAboutMuscle.com-produced online videos and in his self-produced, French-language DVD called Bodysculpture. Denis's vast knowledge with regards to all aspects of bodybuilding preparation have earned him the nickname "The New Iron Guru," in memory of the late, great Vince Gironda whose methods Denis sometimes uses. |

Denis Pedneault is a lifetime, drug-free bodybuilding competitor who has won three national-level bodybuilding titles in Canada (2005, 2006 and 2009) and has placed 4th at the world championships (2009).
